Returns: You have 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to assess the returned item’s condition before processing the refund.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us. Keep a copy of the shipping receipt for reference.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as per the guidelines above and place a new order for the desired item.
